For venues

Help people find your ice

For teams at arenas, independent rinks and seasonal venues. Start with the working tools. Find future features in their own section.

Why take part?

1 Why use Накаток.kz if we already have a good website?

Your website answers “What does our rink offer?” Накаток.kz answers “Where can I skate today?” It helps people compare places and discover your sessions while deciding where to go. It complements your website rather than replacing it.

2 What if we already use social media actively?

Social channels work well for your existing audience. Someone choosing a rink should not have to visit dozens of pages to compare schedules. Накаток.kz helps them discover you and then reach your own channels.

3 Can a seasonal rink join?

Yes. A place can be an arena, an independent rink or a seasonal venue. A listing does not prove management authority or an open season. Individual ice surfaces and outdoor areas within a complex can be described under that place.

4 Our page already exists. Why claim management access?

Once your authority is verified, you can update venue details and schedules yourself, invite colleagues and assign them permissions.

A photo gallery, venue page statistics and other future features are described in the “Planned” section.

5 Must we pay just to appear in the directory?

No. A factual listing and published information do not require a paid plan. The public directory and additional team tools are different things.

Getting management access

1 How do we start?

Create a personal account and team, find the place and submit a management request. You can manage the listing only after your authority has been verified. Creating a team or sending a request does not itself grant permission to manage the listing.

2 What if our rink is missing?

Suggest it with its name, address and official sources. Adding a listing and verifying management are separate actions. A suggestion does not grant permissions or guarantee publication.

3 How is management authority checked?

Submit a request in your team dashboard. We will check your authority to represent the venue and agree the management period. You can verify your authority with a code sent to the venue’s verified official email address or to your work email address on an approved domain. If no suitable email address is available, publish a confirmation on the venue’s official website or social media page.

We do not use telephone calls for verification. You do not need to provide a personal phone number to verify your authority.

4 How does email verification work?

A code is sent to the verified official address or your work address on an approved domain. Enter it in the request form. Do not forward it to staff or other people. Entering an arbitrary domain cannot establish management rights.

5 Can an address from a public email provider be used?

Yes, if that specific address is independently verified as the venue's official contact. The provider's name proves nothing. An applicant's personal email without a verified connection to the venue is not sufficient.

6 What should we publish on a website or social media page?

Staff verify the resource and prepare a statement naming the request, venue, team, agreed period and public marker. Publish the complete statement on the agreed resource and submit its URL through your dashboard. It must explicitly authorise management of the listing. The marker is public, but codes from email verification must never be published.

7 Is a screenshot or a page with a similar name enough?

No. Staff open the original and check the official resource, request, venue, team, period and permission to manage. A name, photo or follower count is not enough. If changes are needed, you will see an explanation in your dashboard. Correct the publication and submit the URL again. You may remove it after successful verification.

8 What if the rink has no website, social media page or email?

Use a verified official channel of the venue owner, complex or park. It must explicitly confirm your team's right to manage this venue for the agreed period. Without a verifiable channel, management access cannot yet be granted. The listing can remain in the directory, and information can still be contributed without management access.

9 Do we need to send a passport or company documents?

Scans are not required for ordinary verification. Company registration does not prove a connection to the rink or the applicant's authority. A passport, selfie or payment cannot replace verification either. For an exceptional case, agree the specific evidence with support first. Do not send an entire contract or unrelated personal information.

10 Which regional edition should our venue use?

Накаток.kz covers indoor, outdoor and seasonal ice rinks in Kazakhstan. Places in Russia and Belarus have their own sites. The Kazakhstan edition has separate accounts and dashboards. Registration requires confirmation that you do not hold Russian Federation citizenship.

Your team and individual accounts

1 How do I add a colleague?

An owner or someone with the required permission invites them by email and assigns appropriate rights. The recipient signs in to their own account and accepts. The employee's permissions take effect only after they accept the invitation.

2 Can I share my password with a colleague?

No. One account must not be used by several people. Each person registers individually and receives the permissions needed for their work. Accepting the invitation requires explicit confirmation of this rule. If several people use one account, it may be temporarily restricted while the situation is reviewed. Do not share sign-in or verification codes.

3 How many colleagues can join?

There is currently no numerical team-size limit. Individual accounts and correctly assigned permissions matter.

4 Can a colleague assign permissions to other members?

Only a member with permission to manage staff can do this. They can assign roles and permissions only within their authorised scope. Working in the team does not by itself make someone its owner.

5 How do I hand over ownership when I leave?

Use the separate ownership transfer action. The new owner must accept from their own account. An ordinary employee invitation does not transfer ownership. Until the recipient accepts, the transfer is not complete.

6 Should I revoke an invitation if the email never arrived?

No. Check the address and spam folder, then resend after the displayed waiting time. Resending does not revoke an invitation or ownership transfer. Contact support if delivery still fails.

7 Can one team manage several places?

Yes, with authority verified separately for each place. Each colleague can work only with the venues and actions assigned to them. A future subscription will cover one place, not automatically every rink in the team.

Venue information and schedules

1 What happens if service or schedule information is inaccurate?

List only services and skating times that are genuinely available. Members of the website administration review complaints independently of your team. A complaint alone does not establish a violation. Where an inaccuracy is established, the service may withdraw a specific service or time and, where necessary, review further changes before publication. A paid plan or verified authority does not override these rules.

2 How can we explain the situation or dispute a decision?

Open “Information accuracy” from your venue editor or schedules in the management area. It shows the reason, expiry or reassessment date and questions from staff. Send an explanation and identify available evidence. The decision is not lifted automatically, and information does not return by itself when it ends. The complainant’s personal details and internal review materials are not disclosed.

3 Can we urgently remove a service or cancel skating during review?

Yes. Do not wait for review when a service is unavailable or skating is cancelled. You can remove the service immediately. A cancellation withdraws the relevant time from the previously published schedule without publishing other draft edits. Choose skating without sessions only when visitors can genuinely arrive at any time within the stated interval. The building’s opening hours may be different.

4 What can we change after verification?

The management area supports basic venue details, ice surfaces and a schedule editor. Your permissions and current management term are checked when opening and saving changes. Access does not grant unrestricted authority over every action.

5 How does the schedule editor work?

Prepare date periods, weekly and one-off sessions, replacements and cancellations. A cancellation can cover one session, a time range or a whole day. Enter an overnight session as one event. Saved changes remain a draft until an authorised team member reviews and publishes them. Visitors keep seeing the last published schedule meanwhile.

6 Does saving publish changes immediately?

No. A member of the verified team with permission to manage the schedule checks the prepared schedule and selects Publish. Each schedule does not need separate approval from a service administrator. If publication fails, visitors keep seeing the last published schedule. Results returned from uploaded materials are not published automatically.

If the source has flagged details, check them, save any corrections and explicitly confirm each review item. Editing the schedule requires another review. Optional advice about formatting future sources does not block publication.

7 How long does a fresh schedule label last?

Normally seven days after review. Afterwards the schedule remains but loses the recent-check label. Management verification and schedule confirmation have different validity periods and do not replace one another.

8 Why keep the schedule current?

Visitors want a chance to skate, not just a building address. Timely session, replacement and cancellation information helps them choose your rink and avoid a wasted journey, especially around holidays and competitions.

9 Can we upload a photo, PDF or spreadsheet instead?

Yes. In the schedule materials section, send text, files or both. You can attach up to five files for one schedule: images, PDF, Word (DOC/DOCX), ODT, Excel (XLS/XLSX), CSV, TXT or saved web pages (HTM/HTML). Each file can be up to 20 MiB. Files and text together must not exceed 50 MiB.

TXT, HTM and HTML files must use UTF-8 encoding. Scripts in saved web pages are not run. External images and other files referenced by the page are not downloaded. If the schedule is shown as an image, attach that image separately.

Original files are kept. After processing, check the result, create a draft and make any corrections. Publishing is a separate step. You can use the regular editor while the materials are being processed.

10 Who checks visitor suggestions about our venue?

The verified team can review ordinary suggestions about schedules, venue details and operating periods in the management area. First decide whether to use the material. Sending a schedule for processing does not publish it, and a visitor message does not silently overwrite your information. Refer disputed matters to members of the website administration with an explanation. Complaints about the team are reviewed independently of that team.

11 Who deals with errors, and can accuracy be guaranteed?

Submitted information is reviewed, but schedules can change at short notice. Report errors promptly with a source. A visitor submission cannot silently replace official information without review. No source guarantees permanent accuracy.

Seasons, breaks and listing history

1 What happens at the end of the season?

The listing and history remain. Management verification can expire and need renewal before new changes. This does not hand the place to another team. Renewal does not automatically reopen recruitment or start a new skating season.

2 What should we do if there is no public skating in summer?

Do not add imaginary sessions. Describe the known operating period using the available fields and report the break. A summer pause is not permanent closure.

3 Will a temporarily or permanently closed place disappear?

Not necessarily: people still follow old links. Tell us which kind of closure it is and any known dates. A break, a season ending and permanent closure need different explanations.

4 What should we do about a duplicate page?

Send both links and explain why they describe one place. Staff will review the information. Do not claim someone else’s page just to remove a suspected duplicate.

5 Must the page address change when the venue is renamed?

No. Names and addresses are separate. An approved address change redirects old links and must not erase the venue’s history.

Trial access, subscriptions and support

1 How do we start the trial, and how long does it last?

Once your team's authority to manage the venue has been verified, open the trial access page in the team dashboard. Read the terms, confirm your agreement and select “Start trial”. A team member with permission to manage the plan can do this. The Official plan is then free for three calendar months. Creating a venue listing or registering a user does not start the trial.

The start and end dates will be shown before activation and saved in the team dashboard. For example, a trial started on 1 November ends on 1 February, while a trial started on 15 January ends on 15 April. If the corresponding day does not exist in the final month, the last day of that month is used. Dates and times are calculated in UTC.

Each venue can receive trial access once. Changing teams or staff does not make it eligible for another trial. Planned features will become available as they are implemented. See the Trial access terms for the full rules.

2 What if the three months end before we can pay for the plan?

You can continue using the Official plan free of charge. A paid subscription will become available once all the plan's advertised features are implemented and payments are enabled for your venue.

At least 30 days before free access ends, a notice in the team dashboard will explain what is changing and when. This is the dashboard where you manage your venue listing and schedule. The trial end date shown at activation will not be brought forward. You will not be charged for the time you used the plan free of charge.

If you joined the previous trial with no fixed end date, you will receive a transition period of three calendar months from the introduction of the new arrangement. If a paid subscription is still unavailable, free access will continue. The requirement to give at least 30 days' notice applies to you too.

3 Can we subscribe to the Promotion plan or the Flagship plan for one month during the trial?

Yes, once all the selected plan's advertised features are implemented and payments are enabled for your venue. The paid period starts after successful payment. The purchase does not pause the trial or change its original end date.

For example, your trial runs from 1 November to 1 February. If you subscribe to the Promotion plan from 1 November to 1 December and do not renew, you can use the Promotion plan's features until 1 December, then the Official plan's features from 1 December to 1 February. If free access has been extended, you can use the Official plan until the announced end date of that extension.

If your paid subscription ends after the free period has finished, trial access will not resume. Unused trial time does not qualify for compensation or a subscription discount.

4 When will paid subscriptions become available?

A subscription to each plan will become available once all its advertised features are implemented and payments are enabled in your country. Launch dates may therefore differ by plan and country. Before you buy, you will see the available plans, subscription price, duration and payment terms. You will need to confirm the purchase separately.

5 Will free access become paid automatically?

No. When free access ends, you decide whether to purchase a paid subscription. You will need to choose a plan and confirm the purchase separately. Automatic renewal requires separate consent to recurring charges. Without these steps, no subscription will start, no payment will be taken and no debt will arise.

The venue listing and collected factual information will remain. Your ability to manage the listing and publish content depends on your team's current authority and the plan features available to it. Subscription price protection starts with paid activation of a plan. The trial does not start this protection period.

6 Can we buy a green marker, first place or guaranteed visitors?

No. Marker colour reflects official participation and schedule freshness. Payment cannot buy a colour, a user rating or hidden priority in normal search. Attendance is not guaranteed. Free official participation counts under the same status rules. The schedule still needs its own freshness check.

7 Where can we ask about an error, dispute or personal data?

Contact support or email bukinapps@yandex.ru with the place, page and question. For account closure or a personal-data request, write from the account email. See the Privacy Policy. Never send passwords or confirmation codes.

8 Can we add a button to buy tickets?

Yes, if the link lets visitors pay for tickets to the published skating session. The button opens a page on another website where they can choose and pay for tickets. Our service does not sell tickets or take payment for them.

Enable the “Buy tickets” button free of charge for the full duration of your trial access to the Official plan, including any free extension. Register, verify your team’s authority to manage the venue and activate trial access in the team dashboard.

Once your free access ends, the button will be available with an active Promotion plan, an active Flagship plan or separate access granted by the service.

If you received free access to the “Buy tickets” button during the service’s launch, you can keep using it until that access expires.

If the venue does not have access to this feature, visitors will not see the ticket purchase link. Selecting the button will show an explanation. This does not change the information about whether the venue sells tickets online or its inclusion in the Online tickets filter.

Places in Kazakhstan

1 Which places and accounts does this site cover?

Накаток.kz covers indoor, outdoor and seasonal ice rinks in Kazakhstan. Places in Russia and Belarus have their own sites. The Kazakhstan edition has separate accounts and dashboards. Registration requires confirmation that you do not hold Russian Federation citizenship.

Service conditions and reviews

1 Where can we describe special service conditions?

In the venue editor, choose “Conditions and details” beside a service. Describe the rules for using the service and any important restrictions. Choose the text's language and add a source link if you have one. Separately indicate whether the service is available. If our staff have restricted this service because its details were incorrect, adding a description will not lift that restriction. Changes remain in the history. After changing the text, update its previous translations.

Prices, discounts, concessions and restrictions can already be described in service and skating conditions. Uploading photographs is a separate feature that is still planned.

2 Which photographs can we publish?

Uploading venue photographs from the dashboard is still planned. It will be available to verified venue representatives with the appropriate permission.

Use up-to-date photographs of your venue for which you have the necessary rights and permissions. If a photographer took the pictures, check that your agreement or licence allows publication on our website and lets you grant us the permission to use them described in our terms.

The person publishing the photographs is responsible for respecting the rights to the submitted material. We recommend recent photographs you have taken yourself, in good quality. Blurred, very dark or outdated photographs may be rejected.

3 How can we reply to visitors?

Open “Visitor reviews” in the management area. A team member can reply with the appropriate permission while the venue's management verification is valid. We first check the reply and suggest edits. After you confirm the text, the website administration reviews it. Only an approved reply is shown to visitors. Editing a published reply requires another check. Replies to reviews are included in the Official plan and higher plans. This feature is free to use during the free launch period.

4 How do we send news to the venue's followers?

Open the reviews section in the management area and create a news message. Team members with permission to send news can do this while the venue's management verification is valid. After the text is checked, you can read and confirm the suggested version. The site administrators will then review it. An approved message appears in the accounts of visitors who saved the venue and enabled its news. Their email addresses are not shared with your team. Your plan determines how many messages you can send each month.

5 Can we remove a negative review or change a rating?

Representatives cannot change or delete other people's reviews. Report a violation if a text contains abuse, advertising or personal information. Disagreeing with a rating is not a reason to remove it. Members of the website administration review the report regardless of the venue's plan.

Team members cannot rate their own venue as independent visitors. Service ratings are separate and do not change the venue's overall rating.

Planned: future tools and plans

1 Will we be able to publish more than public skating?

Yes. The Promotion and Flagship plans include a full ice schedule: training, matches, school and club lessons and other events. For each event, choose details, occupied time only or team-only visibility. Closures and maintenance breaks do not require an extended plan.

Uploads and the manual editor keep every type of event. To show training, matches and other additional events to visitors, you need the Promotion or Flagship plan. The service can also enable these features separately free of charge. Check the schedule and choose “Publish”. Activating a plan or enabling free features does not make private entries public.

When the subscription to the Promotion or Flagship plan or free use of full-schedule features ends, previously published additional events starting within seven days after that date remain visible. Later events stay in the working schedule only. After reactivating the plan or resuming free use, choose which events to publish again. Public skating, closures and maintenance breaks are not affected.

2 Which plans are being prepared, and where are the prices?

We are preparing the Official plan, the Promotion plan and the Flagship plan. Their features, prices by town or city and future payment terms are described on the Plans & pricing page. A subscription to each plan will become available once all its advertised features are implemented and payments are enabled for your venue.

3 How long will our plan price be protected?

For the rest of the paid activation year and three further full calendar years. An activation on any date in 2027 protects the agreed full price through December 31, 2030. Using the plan free of charge does not start this period. Temporary discounts and one-time upgrade credits do not become a permanent subscription price.

The general price list may change at most once per calendar year, on January 1, and stays fixed for that year. Your protection still applies. The year appears in a plan name only after that edition is archived, for example “Official 2027”. Existing subscriptions may continue on an archived edition, but it cannot be purchased again or selected after changing plans.

4 What happens after price protection ends?

Any increase requires an account notice at least three calendar months ahead. We will also email the team owner. The notice shows the old price, new price and first affected renewal. You can accept or turn off renewal after your already-paid period.

Silence is not consent. Without a response, we will not charge the higher price and your subscription will not renew after the paid period. A late notice cannot raise your price on the upcoming January 1. Prepaid periods are not recalculated. An annual increase within the same plan does not start a new protection period.

5 What if we voluntarily upgrade?

You choose a higher plan at its currently available price, shown before payment. The unused paid portion of your old period reduces only the first payment. Credit uses the actual period length, not a fixed 30 days. Subsequent renewals use the new plan's agreed full price.

Successful payment starts a new full period and new price protection. For example, upgrading from the Official plan to the Promotion plan in June 2029 protects the new price through the end of 2032. No three-month wait is required for your voluntary choice. A failed payment leaves the old plan and its protection unchanged. After a successful switch, you cannot return to the previous archived edition.

6 Does the venue need a paid plan for visitors’ personal meetups?

No. Visitors can create meetups, invite friends and choose whether to attend for free. This does not buy a ticket or book the ice. The venue itself needs the Promotion or Flagship plan to publish training, matches and other additional events. News for followers is sent separately under the rules for team messages. Managing a venue’s page does not give its representatives access to other people’s private meetups.

7 Which communication tools are already available?

Venue teams can send news to followers from the management dashboard. A personal meetup’s organizer and approved participants receive bell notifications when a cancellation or change to the event it was created for is published. These notifications appear on the website. They are not emailed or sent to every visitor. Polls, photo galleries and other communication tools remain planned.

8 Can we promote lessons, coaches and available rink rental times?

Schools, lessons, coaches, enrolment, events, parties, vacancies and rink-rental enquiries are planned. For example, you could offer an available time slot for a team's practice. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. Agreement remains between you and the customer.

9 What statistics will teams receive?

Aggregated interest in listings and schedules, website referrals and available contact actions. Not visitors’ identities, IP addresses or private service logs. More detailed statistics and exports are part of the proposed plans.

10 Can we use our schedule on our own website?

Exports and automatic access to your own information are planned. Website integration, combined tools and extended presentation are described under the Flagship plan.

11 Will descriptions in other languages and the venue's history survive a rename?

We plan to show a venue's name and description in different languages, such as English and French. These will be language versions of the same listing, not separate places in the directory.

Renaming a venue should keep its history, reviews and followers attached to the same listing. Names and descriptions in other languages can be updated without creating the venue again. An approved page-address change should not break those connections either.

12 How will a shorter page address work?

A shorter link is easier to print on posters and share with visitors. For example, you could propose /toronto/north-park/ instead of /toronto/north-park-ice-rink/. These are illustrative addresses, not live pages. The city stays in the address to distinguish venues with similar names.

After the first genuinely paid period, we plan a lasting right to propose a shorter address within the venue’s city. Free use of the service and bonuses do not count as payment. The address must be available, clear and not reserved or previously used by another listing. Once approved, old links redirect to it. Ending the subscription does not remove the granted right. This paid feature is not live yet.
