1. The service and its operator
Накаток.kz is an information service at nakatok.kz and its subdomains. Its catalogue covers indoor, outdoor and seasonal ice rinks in Kazakhstan.

Накаток.kz is a service name, not a separate company. We do not operate the listed places, organise their sessions or sell their tickets. A venue's own terms apply to purchases and visits arranged with that venue.
2. Accounts and acceptance
Public information can be browsed without an account. Registration requires an explicit acceptance of these Terms. We retain the exact version accepted. Browsing, registration and acceptance do not authorise optional analytics or marketing.
Registration and use are not intended for citizens of the Russian Federation, including dual citizens or citizens living elsewhere. Registration requires a separate declaration. This access rule is not a privacy consent and does not remove any legal duty of the Operator.
You must have the legal capacity and any guardian authorisation required where you live. Venue-management features may only be used by authorised representatives.
3. Personal access and teams
Provide accurate information and keep access to your email. Do not share your login, password, sign-in links or verification codes. Each colleague must create a personal account and receive the necessary team permissions.
Reasonable signs of one account being used by several people may result in temporary restrictions while we investigate. Report suspected compromise promptly. You may challenge a restriction by contacting support.
Creating a team or suggesting a listing does not grant management rights. Authority is verified for a particular place and period. A team member must personally accept an invitation and the personal-access rules. Ownership transfers require the proposed new owner's separate acceptance.
The end of a season or verification period is not an automatic change of owner. Re-verification does not automatically reopen closed listings or recruitment. Permissions to edit do not guarantee publication without review.
4. Contributions and accuracy
Submit only information and materials you are entitled to provide. Do not include unnecessary private information, passwords or confidential correspondence. Ordinary verification does not require a passport.
You keep your existing rights and grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, format, translate and display your submissions as necessary to run the directory. This is not permission to disregard other people's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
We may verify, correct, combine, reject or remove information for accuracy, safety or lawful reasons. Submission does not guarantee publication. Send rights complaints to support with a link to the disputed material.
Schedules, prices and visiting conditions can change. Check important details with the venue before travelling or paying it. Verification and schedule freshness describe different checks, not a guarantee against later changes. A future payment will not itself buy factual accuracy or a freshness label.
Representatives must list only services and skating times that are genuinely available. Do not list a service merely to appear in search filters or replace separate sessions with round-the-clock skating unless visitors can arrive at any stated time.
Service staff review complaints about inaccurate information independently of venue representatives. A complaint alone does not establish a violation or impose a restriction. We consider the information, circumstances and available evidence.
Where an inaccuracy is established, we may withdraw a specific service or skating time and, where necessary, review further changes before publication. Representatives can see the reason, expiry or reassessment date and provide an explanation or dispute the decision in their management area. Doing so does not lift the restriction automatically. A plan or verified management authority does not override accuracy checks. Withdrawn information does not return automatically when a restriction ends.
Representatives can immediately remove inaccurate service information or cancel a skating session. The cancellation appears in the published schedule immediately. Other changes stay in the draft until the team publishes them separately.
5. Free launch
Paid plans are not sold and payments are not collected in the current launch. Free access never creates a debt, becomes a paid subscription automatically or authorises a future charge. Only implemented functions are available. A “coming soon” entry is not a promise of a working feature.

6. Maps and privacy
Loading a map sends network, device and map-request information from your browser to Yandex. The Yandex Privacy Policy and Maps Terms apply.
Precise device location is requested only for a relevant function and with browser permission. You can decline location access and select the search area on the map manually. Previously granted permission can be withdrawn. Map use is not consent to optional analytics.

7. Misuse, restrictions and responsibility
Do not impersonate representatives, submit knowingly false information, spam, bypass verification or access controls, distribute malicious content, collect personal data unlawfully or disrupt the service.
We may restrict the affected function or account, investigate and consider an appeal. We explain restrictions where lawful and compatible with security. Maintenance and technical failures may interrupt availability.
We do not guarantee a venue's safety, service quality or unchanged schedule. These terms do not override legal requirements on the website owner’s liability or the protection of users’ rights.
8. Closure, changes and disputes
Contact support to request account closure. Closing an account does not erase public facts about venues or records that must lawfully remain.
Material changes are communicated on the site. Where a new acceptance is required, we request it separately and preserve the earlier record. The revision date does not prove when you accepted the Terms.
Russian law governs the relationship to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections or access to courts under applicable local law. Please contact bukinapps@yandex.ru with questions or complaints. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
