Накаток.kz Free Access Rules
Version dated 2026-10-24.
Trial access to the Official plan
A team with verified authority to manage a venue can activate trial access to the Official plan for three calendar months. A team member with permission to manage plans must accept these terms and select “Start trial”. Creating a venue listing or registering a user does not start the trial. Each venue can use this trial programme once. Changing staff, accounts or teams does not entitle the venue to another trial.
The trial start and end dates are shown before activation and saved in the team dashboard. For example, a trial activated on 1 November ends on 1 February, while one activated on 15 January ends on 15 April. If the corresponding day does not exist in the final month, the last day of that month is used. Dates and times are calculated in UTC. The trial ends at the stated date and time. The conditions for extending free access are explained below.
During the trial, you can use the features of the Official plan that have already been implemented. These include managing venue information, uploading schedules, publishing public skating sessions, replying to reviews, QR codes and individual staff accounts. Each staff member acts within their assigned permissions. The team's authority to manage the venue must remain valid. Planned features will become available as they are implemented. The service may grant additional features separately under the terms shown when they are activated. Trial access does not guarantee a particular number of visitors or a particular colour for the venue's status marker.
If a paid subscription to the Official plan is still unavailable for your venue when the trial ends, you can continue using it free of charge. Subscriptions will be offered only once all the plan's advertised features are implemented and payments are enabled. At least 30 days before free access ends, we will place a notice in the team dashboard, where you manage your venue listing and schedule. Free access will last at least until the original trial end date and for at least 30 days after the notice. If those dates differ, the later date applies. The exact end date will be shown in the team dashboard. You will not be charged for the preceding free period.
During the trial, you can subscribe to the Promotion plan or the Flagship plan if all the chosen plan's advertised features have been implemented and payment is available for your venue. Paid access starts after successful payment. The purchase does not pause the trial or change its original end date. If the paid subscription ends before your free access period, you can use the Official plan for the remainder of that free period. If your paid subscription ends after the free period has finished, trial access will not resume. Unused trial time does not entitle you to compensation or a subscription discount.
For example, you activate a trial from 1 November to 1 February, then pay for the Promotion plan from 1 November to 1 December. If you do not renew the subscription, you can use the Promotion plan until 1 December, then the Official plan from 1 December to 1 February. If free access has been extended, you can use the Official plan until the announced end of that extension.
A paid subscription does not start automatically when free access ends. You must separately confirm your chosen plan, its price, duration and payment terms. Automatic renewal requires separate consent to recurring charges. Without those arrangements, the end of free access does not result in a charge or debt. Subscription price protection starts when you activate a paid plan. The trial does not start that protection period.
If you do not purchase a paid subscription, the venue listing and collected factual information will remain. The ability to manage the listing and publish materials depends on the team's current management authority and available plan features. The service help pages explain what happens to previously published additional events and other materials when access ends.
If you used the plan under the previous open-ended testing terms, you receive a transition period of three calendar months from the introduction of the new arrangement. If a paid subscription is still unavailable, free access continues. You will also receive at least 30 days' notice before it ends. Records of the terms you previously accepted and any separately granted features are preserved. Acceptance of new terms is not recorded on your behalf without your confirmation.
Information accuracy
Free access does not permit listing unavailable services or inaccurate skating times. After review, the service may withdraw specific information or review further changes before publication. These rules apply regardless of the plan. Representatives can see the reason and dates in their management area and provide an explanation or request reassessment. A complaint alone does not impose a restriction.
You can remove an inaccurate service or cancel skating immediately, without waiting for review. Lifting a restriction does not restore disputed information automatically.
No automatic payment
We do not require payment details for free access. A trial does not create a debt, become a paid subscription, accept a future paid offer or authorise a charge. Any future paid service requires separate terms and an explicit purchase.
Records and permissions
Ending free access does not itself delete a real venue's listing, factual information, management history or previously published materials. Enhanced functions may become unavailable. Management verification has its own validity period. Ending free access does not itself transfer control to someone else.
Inviting colleagues and assigning permissions are basic team tools. Each employee uses a personal account and receives individual permissions. Access may be limited for misuse, loss of authority or security reasons.
The Terms and Privacy Policy apply.
